A reel, a product page, a booking email — one tap on Folio in the share sheet. That's the only thing you ever do.
On your iPhone, with Apple Intelligence, it works out what the link is and pulls out the parts that matter — ingredients, prices, dates, tracking numbers, confirmation codes.
Not a bookmark. A recipe with a checklist and Cooking Mode, a product with Add to Cart, a flight with a countdown. Filed into the right collection without you touching it.
Tap Shopping list and the ingredients land in Messages as a tickable list — send it to yourself, or to whoever's going to the shop. Quantities merge if you're cooking more than one thing.
The intelligence runs on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence, not on a server farm. No ad tracking, no selling your data, no “free” that means you're the product.

What you can do with it

Forward your flight and hotel and Folio builds a Trip — a map, a countdown, a running total, and reminders for check-in and leaving for the airport. Add it all to your calendar in a tap, then text the itinerary to the group chat.
A recipe reel becomes a tickable ingredients list and a hands-free Cooking Mode. Send yourself the shopping list — quantities merged across recipes.
Pick your size and colour and Add to Cart opens the store's own checkout. Folio watches the price and pings you if it drops or comes back in stock.
A Spotify link when you're on Apple Music? Folio recognises the track, plays a 30-second preview, and opens it in your service. A board of songs becomes a real playlist.
Folio reads your Screenshots album on your device, works out what each one is, and lines them up in an Inbox to file with one tap. Nothing's saved until you say so.
A board of saved spots gets its own map view — see everywhere at once, tap through to directions, or text the whole list with a Maps link for each.
Trailers and episodes from anywhere land on one Watchlist, and open straight in the app they came from.
Everyone backs their favourites with a tap, you set a deadline, and Folio ranks them — or “Pick for us” suggests a winner on-device. The winner opens straight in Maps.

Privacy
Built on Apple Intelligence. Recipes, product and booking parsing, search and Ask Folio all run on your iPhone.

No data resale, either. Your saves are yours — the business model doesn't depend on reading them.
Lock anything behind Face ID or Touch ID. It stays out of search, widgets and Recents.
One tap exports every board and card. You choose what leaves your phone — sharing sends only the message you send, and AI connections are scoped and never see secret boards.

Two things to do once, then Folio is in every share sheet on your device.
Open any share sheet, scroll the app row to More, tap Edit, switch Folio on and drag it to the top of your favourites. iOS remembers it everywhere.
Share anything to Folio. Pick a board or type a name for a new one — it's created when you save — add a note if you like, and tap Save. That's the whole flow, every time.
Maps, Safari, Instagram, Mail — Folio sits next to AirDrop and Messages wherever you share from. On iPad too.
